Definition

A blender is a kitchen device that tends to look simple but numerous blender parts come together to make the device work efficiently. Those parts are not complex in their design and functions.

Those parts are as follow:

1-   Blender Jar

This part is where all ingredients are placed. It can be made of glass and sometimes plastic and metal. The Blendar Jar sits on the top of the main base which contains the motor. The bottom of the blender is open for the blade access.

2-   Blender Jar Lid

It is usually made of plastic or glass.  The blender Jar lid conver the top of the blender Jar Lid and allow a safe use of the blender without spilling out the ingredients.

3-   Jar Lid center cap

This part is usually made of plastic and is located in the center of the lid. Its function is to keep the liquid in and also allow ingredients to safely be added while the blending is going on

4-   Blender Blade Cutter

It is made of stainless steel blade. Its function is to do all the crushing, stirring and peering. The blender blade cutter consist of two pieces of metal that form a cross with each and bended with an angle; the blade is attached to the motor, so when it rotates, it pushes the ingredients upward and cuts them into small pieces.

5-   O-ring seal

It fits around the around the base of blender blade plate

 

6-   Bottom screw Cap

It is made out of molded plastic. This part is crutial for the proper functioning of the blender. It holds the blender blade cutter in place during the functioning of the bladder.

7-   Blender rubber Drice Clutch

It is made of rubber and it is placed on the bottom of blade system and on the top of motor.

 

8-   Motor

This is the hidden part of the blender. It is the most critical part that is responsible of all the operation
